Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Goviro, based in Nottingham, United Kingdom ("Goviro", "we", "us"). They apply when you use the website at goviro.app and the Goviro app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Goviro for a business or a client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Goviro.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account, and for anyone you invite to a team seat.
• Tell us straight away at support@goviro.app if you think someone else has accessed your account.

3. The service

Goviro helps you plan content. You can import posts, get AI breakdowns of why they worked, chat with an AI to write scripts, and organize everything on visual boards. We keep improving the Service, so features may change. If we remove a core feature that you're paying for, we'll tell you in advance, and if you're on a yearly plan you can cancel and get a pro-rata refund for the unused months.

4. Trial, plans and billing

• $1 trial. Each plan starts with a 7-day trial for a one-time charge of $1, which includes 300 credits. One trial per person.
• Automatic renewal. When the trial ends, your chosen plan starts automatically and we charge the plan price shown at sign-up, then every month or year until you cancel. We'll email you before the trial ends.
• Cancel anytime. Cancel from your account before the trial ends and you won't be charged again. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Any taxes that apply will be shown at checkout.
• Price changes. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to your plan. You can cancel before it takes effect.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we'll try again and email you. If it still can't be collected, we may pause your account until payment is made.

5. Credits

AI actions use credits: currently 5 per post import, 20 per AI breakdown and 10 per AI chat message. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Monthly allowance credits reset at the start of each billing month and do not roll over. Credits you buy as a top-up stay on your account while it's active. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and are lost if your account is closed. We may change credit costs, and we'll publish any change on our pricing page before it applies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• import, upload or generate content you don't have the right to use, or use Goviro to copy another creator's work wholesale and pass it off as your own;
• break the terms of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any other platform you use with Goviro;
• use Goviro to create content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, misleading or that infringes anyone's rights;
• try to get around credit limits, resell access, share one login between several people, or create multiple accounts to get extra trials;
• scrape, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the Service, or try to access other users' data;
• use Goviro output to build a competing AI product.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules.

7. Your content and ownership

"Your content" means everything you add to Goviro, such as notes, links, chat messages and your own posts, plus the scripts and other output Goviro produces for you. You own your content. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it only so we can run the Service for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.

Posts you import from other creators stay the property of those creators. Goviro shows them to you for reference and analysis. It's your responsibility to make sure that what you publish is your own original work.

8. Third-party platforms

Goviro works with content from platforms we don't control, such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Their availability, terms and data can change at any time, and this may affect what Goviro can do. If you connect an account, you also agree to that platform's terms. We aren't responsible for third-party platforms or their content.

9. AI output

Breakdowns, scripts and suggestions are generated by AI. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content made for other users. They are suggestions, not professional advice, and we don't guarantee any results such as views, followers or income. You're responsible for reviewing anything you publish.

10. 1-on-1 audits

The free 30-minute audit is offered to the first 100 members, one per account, while spots last. It's scheduled by email over Google Meet. We may reschedule or withdraw the offer, and it has no cash value.

11. Our intellectual property

The Goviro name, logo, software and website belong to us. These Terms don't give you any rights in them, other than the right to use the Service as described here. If you send us feedback, we can use it without any obligation to you.

12. Cancelling and ending

You can cancel your plan or delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if we're required to by law, or if we stop offering the Service. Where it's reasonable, we'll give notice first, and if we close the Service for reasons other than your breach, we'll refund any prepaid fees for the unused period. After closure, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep Goviro reliable, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available, error-free or meet every need. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. If you're a UK consumer, we must provide the Service with reasonable care and skill.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we aren't liable for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for loss of profits, revenue, followers, data or business opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you also keep the protection of your local mandatory laws and can bring a claim in your local courts.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Goviro after that, the new Terms apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
